MOSCOW, March 27 State Duma deputies and a number public figures sent an appeal to the law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation, Germany, Cyprus, the United States and France with a request to conduct an investigation into the facts of organization and financing of terrorist attacks by the United States, NATO countries and the special services of Ukraine against the Russian Federation, State Duma deputy Yana Lantratova (SRZP) reported in her Telegram channel.
As follows from the appeal published on Lantratova’s Telegram channel, in addition to her, it was signed by State Duma deputies Nikolai Kharitonov (Communist Party of the Russian Federation), Andrei Krasov (United Russia), as well as philosopher Alexander Dugin and ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andrei Derkach. The appeal was sent to the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the Federal Office of Justice of Germany, the Ministries of Justice of the USA, Cyprus and France.
«Just the other day, I, as part of a group of my colleagues — State Duma deputies, politicians, professional lawyers — signed a document that is designed to investigate acts of terrorism that the United States, together with NATO countries and the intelligence services of Ukraine, carry out on Russian territory or against her interests,” Lantratova wrote.
The appeal lists terrorist attacks committed in recent years, including the bombing of Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2, the murder of political scientist and publicist Daria Dugina, journalists Vladlen Tatarsky and Gonzalo Lira, the assassination attempt on writer Zakhar Prilepin and others.
«The methods by which the United States, NATO, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, now possibly involving ISIS*, solve their problems are not only a direct threat to millions of people, but also an open attack on human rights,» she emphasized Lantratova.
According to her, she and other authors of the appeal are convinced that all those involved in terrorism must be held accountable for their actions, including paying indemnities to the injured party, blocking accounts and freezing the assets of terrorists, as well as direct confiscation of their property.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Russia is unlikely to need Western help to investigate the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, which, moreover, will most likely be aimed at promoting a theory that is convenient for the West about Ukraine’s non-involvement.
