Earlier, the Vietnamese online publication Vietnamnet reported that President Putin accepted an invitation to visit Vietnam in the near future.
““The President has a valid invitation to visit Vietnam, and the dates of such a trip will be agreed upon. They have not yet been agreed upon. Work through diplomatic channels will continue,” Peskov said, answering the question whether the invitation had really been accepted and when it could take place such a visit.
