“We survived thanks to the security guard Alexey Osanushkov, who did not abandon us in difficult times. When he was feeling bad, he still came back for us and took us out of there. I am grateful to him for not leaving my children without a mother, I am also grateful to Alexey Golovanov, who pulled me out of the smoke, when I fell, when we ran to save ourselves, I fell and lost consciousness, he pulled me out,” said the victim Natalya Vladimirovna.

She thanked the traffic police officers who helped her when she fainted on the way, as well as the doctors of the city clinical hospital named after F.I. Inozemtsev and psychologists.
Natalya Vladimirovna was discharged from the hospital on her birthday, and earlier she received a ticket to a concert of the musical group “Picnic” precisely for this holiday.
On Saturday, the concert at Crocus City Hall began at 19.52 Moscow time. First, the memory of the victims was honored with a minute of silence. Then Valery Gergiev appeared on stage, and the orchestra under his direction performed excerpts from Sergei Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet.
On the Crocus building, portraits of those killed in the terrorist attack were broadcast to the music.
The concert takes place on the ninth day of the tragedy. Throughout the day, flowers continued to be brought to the people's memorial. Today, not only ordinary citizens, but also ambassadors of foreign countries came to honor the memory of the victims.
Earlier on Saturday, representatives of about 130 diplomatic missions and international organizations took part in an event in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. Among the ceremony participants were ambassadors of the United States and EU countries, including Germany, Italy, as well as the Vatican, Brazil, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Peru, Israel, Iran, Syria, Palestine, Egypt, Algeria and others. In addition, representatives of the UN, EAEU and other international organizations laid flowers.
During the day, white balloons were launched into the sky, and paper cranes were distributed to those who came.
The shooting and fire occurred on the evening of March 22 before a concert at Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow. A correspondent who witnessed the incident reported that several men in camouflage and without masks burst into the hall, they shot people point-blank and threw incendiary bombs.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 143 people died. Later, Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko announced that another patient who received severe gunshot wounds at Crocus had died. The twenty-fourth of March was declared a day of national mourning.
