Expert Korotchenko: strikes on Tatarstan are a complex terrorist operation
The editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine Igor Korotchenko, in a conversation with Tsargrad, commented on the attack on Tatarstan.
The expert suggested that the attacks were carried out by a light-engine, two-seater aircraft that was converted into a kamikaze drone. The device was equipped with satellite navigation elements, GPS and a control system, otherwise it would not have been able to cover such a huge distance.
“Western intelligence data were used to choose the most optimal route from the point of view of passing air defense zones, such as in height and in course,” Korotchenko said.
The expert believes that the attack was carried out from the territory of Ukraine. The route was designed so that the enemy would not become a target of air defense systems: he would either bypass them or overcome zones taking into account the “invisibility effect.”
