MOSCOW, April 4 International mixed martial arts tournament RCC 19 , in which Russian MMA fighter Alexander Shlemenko will meet with Kazakh Kuat Khamitov, has been moved to Yekaterinburg and will take place on May 11, according to the league’s Telegram channel.
It was previously reported that the tournament will be held on May 4 in Chelyabinsk at the stadium of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) club «Traktor».
In professional MMA, 39-year-old Shlemenko has 63 victories and 15 defeats, another Russian fight ended in a draw. In his last fight on December 15, 2023, he defeated Serbian Alexander Ilic, taking revenge at the RCC 17 tournament.
Khamitov is 36 years old. He won 24 fights and was defeated eight times, one fight of a Kazakhstani ended in a draw.
