MOSCOW, April 4 Lawyers have submitted a new application to the Investigative Committee on behalf of 19 relatives of those killed and injured in the terrorist attack in Crocus, the president of the legal firm «Trunov, Aivar and Partners», lawyer Igor Trunov.
«Additional arguments for the guilt of the owners of Crocus City Hall are presented,» said the lawyer.

Trunov claims that the materials used to decorate the walls of the auditorium could have contributed to the rapid development of the fire; their use is prohibited in such premises by the standards of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to the order of the department, which the lawyer refers to, in halls with a capacity of more than 800 people, the stage opening must be protected by a fire curtain with a fire resistance limit of at least EI 60 (the material can withstand the effects of fire for at least 60 minutes), and the thermal insulation of the curtain must be made of non-flammable materials.
