Data were presented during a meeting of the emergency commission by the head of the Kurgan Central State Medical University-Branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Ural UGMS» Natalya Astafieva. She stated that to date, only water from the Uy River has come to the city of Kurgan — after being discharged from Chelyabinsk reservoirs. But new volumes of water are expected to arrive in the near future.
