A passenger was detained at Zhukovsky airport for threatening to cause an explosion
Security officers at the Zhukovsky airport in the Moscow region detained a passenger, who entered the air harbor. This was reported by the press service of RBC Airport.
The incident occurred on April 13, 2024 at 07:20, when a violation of perimeter security was recorded. Airport representatives clarified that the intruder was handed over to the police.
According to information from the Shot telegram channel, the man overcame the airport fence and headed towards the plane parked in the cargo terminal parking lot. He said that he was going to fly to a wedding in Sri Lanka with singer Natalya Vetlitskaya and threatened to cause an explosion if he was stopped. When checked, no explosives were found on him.
