WASHINGTON, April 19 Western sanctions are leading to Paraguay's losses in trade with Russia, but the country hopes to quickly restore income, Paraguayan Finance Minister Carlos Fernandez said in an interview Valdovinos.

Valdovinos noted that Russia is currently one of the main markets for Paraguayan beef exports, and although Western sanctions have failed to lead to restrictions, they have complicated trade between the countries.
«But we believe that in the end everything will be settled in the future,» the Paraguayan minister emphasized.
