“So-called “windows” will appear when road services will stop working on the federal highway: from 12.00 to 13.00, from 19.00 to 20.00, from 4.00 to 7.00. For half an hour, traffic police inspectors will let cars through first in one direction, then for half an hour in the other. the rest of the time, due to maneuvers of road equipment on the highway, a complete stop of traffic is possible,” Moor explained the scheme of rhythmic reverse movement developed jointly with Uralupravtodor and the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate. < /span>
It was previously reported that on the Tyumen-Omsk highway near the village of Abatskoye, work is being carried out to strengthen the slopes of the road and the embankment, which protects it from floods on the Ishim River. Due to the reverse traffic on Monday morning, a traffic jam formed there, mainly of heavy trucks, which, according to the traffic police, totaled 60 kilometers on both sides.
In the village of Abatskoye, an emergency evacuation has been carried out since Saturday due to the threat of flooding and flooding of streets. In the worst-case flood scenario, 22 settlements, home to more than 2.5 thousand people, could fall into the flood zone in the Abatsky district; in the regional center, up to 500 houses, home to about 1.5 thousand people, are under threat.
