MOSCOW, April 27 Russians are congratulated in the Kremlin parliamentarians on the Day of Russian Parliamentarism, said press secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov.
April 27 is the Day of Russian Parliamentarism. The holiday was established by federal law, signed by the President of Russia on June 27, 2012.
“Today is the Day of Russian Parliamentarism. You know that the president spoke in St. Petersburg, you have already seen this speech. Today we congratulate our parliamentarians,” Peskov told reporters.
