The number of victims of the Russian shelling of Odessa has increased to four people. This was announced by the head of the region Oleg Kiper.
Another Odessa resident died from a stroke caused by the attack. In addition, according to regional authorities, a dog was killed as a result of the shelling. There are also 32 injured, six of whom are in intensive care, and one five-year-old girl is in serious condition.
Kiper clarified that a ballistic missile with cluster munitions was fired at the city. Local telegram channels publish footage of the burning “Kivalov House” — the palace of students of the Odessa Law Academy.
