KHABAROVSK, May 4. A plant for the production of ready-mixed concrete was built in the Khabarovsk district of the Khabarovsk Territory, investments in the project amounted to 670 million rubles, said Governor Mikhail Degtyarev.
“A new participant in the industrial and construction cluster of the Khabarovsk Territory built a plant for the production of reinforced concrete structures in the village of Nekrasovka, Khabarovsk region. Investments in the project amounted to 670 million rubles. 75 jobs were created. The company’s employees are now completing qualification training,” Degtyarev wrote in his Telegram channel . 
He noted that most of the employees are residents of the villages closest to the plant (Nekrasovka, Ilyinka and Rakitnoye).
According to the head of the region, a test production of reinforced concrete products from the enterprise’s product range has already taken place. The products are aimed at the construction industry of the region and neighboring territories.
According to the regional government, the plant will operate at full capacity by the end of May. The production of ready-mixed concrete up to 15 thousand cubic meters per year will be established here. From prefabricated reinforced concrete it will be possible to build from 50 to 70 thousand square meters of housing or public buildings per year.
The enterprise is completing the commissioning of the first stage of two universal automated thermal stands, regional authorities specify. The equipment was supplied by the Cheboksary company Rekon. 
The plant was built by DSK-Engineering LLC. This is the first construction company to implement a project from scratch. In April last year, DSK-Engineering became a resident of the regional industrial and construction cluster. It was created on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The cluster helped solve the problem of the region's self-sufficiency in building materials. Currently, the cluster participants include 27 enterprises and organizations, the regional government reports. In 2023, participants’ revenue from manufactured products amounted to 9.4 billion rubles.
The governor has set the task of introducing up to 1 million square meters of housing annually. Last year, 578 thousand “square meters” were commissioned, and this year no less should be completed, said the region’s Minister of Construction Alexey Dubov.
