MOSCOW, May 4. A resident of the capital, accused of fictitiously registering foreign citizens, will appear in court, reports the Telegram channel of the capital’s investigative committee.
““The investigation has collected a sufficient evidence base, and therefore the criminal case was quickly transferred to be sent to court,” the message says.
It was previously reported that, according to the investigation, a 51-year-old woman 14 March 2024 provided documents to the Moscow MFC for fictitious registration of foreign citizens at their place of residence. The foreigners themselves did not actually reside at the place of registration. A criminal case was opened under Article 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fictitious registration of a foreign citizen or stateless person at the place of stay in the Russian Federation). The woman fully admitted her guilt.
