MOSCOW, May 7. Russian President Vladimir Putin included increased efficiency in housing and communal services, industrial and infrastructure construction in the national goal until 2030, follows from the signed decree “On National Goals development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2030 and for the future until 2036″, published on the Kremlin website.
«Set the following targets and tasks, the implementation of which characterizes the achievement of the national goal «Comfortable and safe living environment»: ensuring a significant growth of energy and resource efficiency in housing and communal services, industrial and infrastructure construction,» the document says.
