The EAEU has learned to hear each other, Lukashenko believes

MOSCOW, May 8. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said on Wednesday that the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union have learned to hear each other better over ten years.
“But most importantly, we have learned to hear each other better. Neither GDP growth nor an increase in real incomes would have been possible if we had separately. And not everyone alone would have been able to preserve their sovereignty. Of course, a lot has been done,” Lukashenko said at the EAEU summit in Moscow.
The President of Belarus positively assessed the development of the union. “Even according to the strictest account, we can state that the first ten years have been passed quite successfully. We have almost reached the final stage of the implementation of Strategy 2025,” said the Belarusian president.

According to him, the measures taken objectively contributed to the growth of trade turnover members of the union, despite the continuing difficult situation on world markets.
