MOSCOW, May 9. The Tagansky Court of Moscow registered administrative protocols drawn up against online cinemas Wink and KinoPoisk for promoting LGBT* relationships, follows from the database capital courts.
Both protocols were received by the court on May 8. For promoting non-traditional relationships on the Internet, both online cinemas face a fine of 1 to 4 million rubles or administrative suspension of activities for up to ninety days.
Before this, companies were already fined for disseminating information about LGBT* to minors; the protocols dealt with showing films with LGBT* scenes, but without the “18+” label.
