The Kiev district of Kharkov in the morning, around 06:30, came under fire from the Russian side, said Governor Oleg Sinegubov. According to him, four people were injured, and there was also damage in the garage cooperative.
“Kharkov was hit with two [air bombs]. Three garages were destroyed in one blow and several more were damaged. The second one was in an open area <…> in a densely populated area,” said Mayor Igor Terekhov. — As a result of the morning strike, 7 residential buildings, a school, two garage cooperatives, and civilian vehicles were damaged. A total of 615 windows were broken.»
