MOSCOW, May 24. Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko held a working meeting with the Governor of the Perm Territory Dmitry Makhonin, the parties discussed the implementation of the regional program «Perm-300» and issues of socio-economic development of the region, the press service of the Deputy Prime Minister reported.
«By the beginning of this year, over 160 facilities in the field of transport, culture, education, sports, health care and social security have been built and repaired, reconstruction and construction of another 70 facilities are in progress,» the Deputy Prime Minister noted, adding that this has become the basis for creating comfortable conditions for residents and guests of the region.
The meeting also discussed the construction of the interuniversity campus «The Future of Parma», which, among others across the country, is being built on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Chernyshenko also supported the concept of creating, on the basis of the Perm Scientific and Educational Center (REC), a research and production center «Parma-BAS» for the development of domestic unmanned aerial vehicles in the region.
