In Makhachkala, at the exit from the temporary detention center after administrative arrest, porn blogger Matvey Volodin, known under the nickname USSRboy, was detained again. This was reported by the SK SOS crisis group.
A relative and two lawyers were waiting for him at the exit, as well as an ambulance, whose employees wanted to take Volodin for examination. The police took him away without explanation. One of them snatched the phone from lawyer Patimat Nuradinova, demanding to stop filming, and hit the woman.
Volodin's current whereabouts are unknown.
USSRboy identifies himself as a heterosexual man who has sex with men. As the publication “Guys PLUS” wrote, on May 23, he announced a “Caucasian tour” in his closed Telegram channel, during which he planned to shoot videos.
Soon Volodin disappeared, and in his channel there appeared links to a blogger’s selfie with insults and a separate post with the number of an article about the production of pornography (Article 242 of the Criminal Code). It became known from representatives of the court in Makhachkala that he was sentenced to 10 days under a protocol for petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code). The pretext given was that Volodin was swearing at the police department in the Leninsky district of Makhachkala on Pushkin Street.
Lawyer Patimat Nuradinova visited him during the arrest. Volodin told her that he came to Dagestan at the invitation of pen pals who turned out to be operatives.
“They (the police — MZ) beat Matvey, took his phone and forced him to work as bait for other men,” the lawyer recounted Volodin’s words. “Using his phone and on his behalf, the employees met Dagestani men and invited them to an apartment where cameras were installed to film what was happening. The men were offered cognac, snacks, and sometimes money in the amount of five thousand rubles. Thus, the employees managed to film more than five people.”
