Judge Borisenkova of the Nagatinsky District Court ruled to declare Andrei Gaevsky insane, release him from criminal liability in the case of military “fakes” (clause “e” of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code) and impose compulsory medical measures. The hearings in Gaevsky’s case were held behind closed doors. As Mediazona learned, the court issued a ruling that the prosecutor’s office asked for — compulsory treatment.

On June 1 last year, the man was taken from his home and left in the Zyablikovo police station, where he was held, demanding to sign a confession. placement of an anti-war post, but was released without drawing up a protocol. On June 8 at 6 am, security forces came to Gaevsky’s home after searching (formally they called it “inspection of the premises”), put him on the floor, took away his equipment and took him to the Zyablikovo police station, where they spent almost five hours convincing him to admit his guilt. On the same day, the Nagatinsky court fined him under the article on disobedience to a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code).
