“What Russia is trying to achieve off our southern coast is to show how weak and contradictory the United States is under the leadership of Joe Biden. This is a classic case of political signals and testing the waters. Russia is testing Biden to assess his reaction. But he will not do anything, which is a huge mistake,” Bolton wrote on the social network X.
