MINSK, June 17 State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin believes that the refusal to issue visas for the Russian Federation to participate in the OSCE PA in Romania is due to fear of the truth and reluctance to build a dialogue.
The 66th session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia is being held in Minsk on Monday. It is conducted by the Chairman of the State Duma, Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia, Vyacheslav Volodin.
“»Literally recently, we were supposed to take part in our delegations from both Russia and Belarus in the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Romania; they were not given a visa, although they were obliged to.
