Matviychuk: the FAB-3000 air bomb with UMPC was used near Kharkov due to intensified fighting

Military expert Anatoly Matviychuk explained why the Russian military used a high-explosive FAB-3000 bomb in the Northern Military District zone near Kharkov. According to the analyst, this was done due to the intensification of fighting, writes NEWS.ru.
The expert noted that in this direction the Ukrainian Armed Forces have collected a large amount of manpower and equipment, and these bombs are a very effective weapon that they use precisely in the presence of a large crowd of people.
In addition to manpower, it is capable of destroying all equipment, Matviychuk added.
We recall that earlier on Thursday a TASS source reported that the Russian military had used for the first time in the zone SVO high-explosive air bomb FAB-3000, weighing more than 3 tons, with a universal planning and correction module (UMPC).
According to an agency source, the so-called “smart bomb” was used in the Kharkov direction. Footage also appeared on the Internet, allegedly of the first use of the FAB-3000 at the point of temporary deployment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
