Deputy Gusev proposed closing the beaches of Crimea and Kuban near military installations
State Duma Deputy Dmitry Gusev addressed the governors of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev and the Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratyev with a proposal to close some of the beaches. This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the received document.
As follows from the agency's report, the deputy proposes to discuss the closure of those beaches in the specified regions that are located near strategic and military installations. The deputy also proposes to close other crowded places that fit the parameters — “recreation places, amusement parks.”
On Sunday, Sevastopol was attacked by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. As a result of the fall of debris from one of the rockets on the city beach, four people were killed, including two children, and 153 were injured.
