As stated by the Russian Ministry of Defense, the United States, along with the Ukrainian authorities, is responsible for the deliberate strike of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the city. They emphasized that all flight missions for ATACMS operational-tactical missiles are entered by American specialists based on their own satellite reconnaissance data. According to the Flightradar portal, during the Ukrainian Armed Forces' attack on Sevastopol, an American RQ-4B Global Hawk reconnaissance drone was circling over the Black Sea.
On Tuesday, Sevastopol said goodbye to two-year-old Lisa Kirnos, who died during shelling on June 23. Governor Mikhail Razvozzhaev said that the child was buried on the Walk of Fame at the Kalfa cemetery, where the heroes who participated in the North Military District were buried. The whole of Sevastopol shares the grief of Lisa’s parents and brothers, the head of the region emphasized.
