The explosion of Chinese automakers is a true phenomenon that has impacted the entire global auto industry. The electric car industry is developing especially actively in China. Thus, according to Avito Auto specialists for the first quarter of 2024, Chinese models are leading in terms of the share of demand among used electric vehicles in Russia. These cars attract car enthusiasts with their modern design and innovative technologies, and some look so futuristic that they don’t even look like classic cars. Avito Auto experts have put together a selection of spectacular electric vehicles available for purchase on the platform.
The selection opens with the full-size HiPhi Z electric car of the 1st generation, produced in 2023. The all-wheel drive sedan in the 120 kWh configuration is driven by two electric motors with a total power of 672 hp, which produce 820 Nm of torque. The sports car attracts attention with its daring appearance with large 22-inch wheels, rear side doors that open against traffic, a panoramic roof and more than 4,000 LED elements throughout the body. In addition, the car is equipped with modern technologies, such as the third level autopilot HiPhi Pilot, frontal lidar on the roof with a range of 200 meters, a data exchange system between the car and the backbone infrastructure using the V2X protocol and more.

Another car with a futuristic appearance is the 2024 LiXiang Mega M-Class electric car, the first all-electric minivan of the Chinese-Russian company Meilin. The all-wheel drive vehicle in Max trim has an automatic transmission and two electric motors, the combined power of which reaches 400 kW (544 hp). This power plant allows the car to accelerate to 100 km/h in just 5.5 seconds. The car stands out for its unique aerodynamic characteristics for a large minivan. Thus, the drag coefficient is 0.215 Cd with vehicle dimensions of 5350/1965/1850 mm, and this is the best figure in the segment. Another distinguishing feature of the LiXiang Mega is the car's impressive energy efficiency, consuming only 15.9 kWh of electricity per 100 km. For comparison, this is 2.4 kWh less than the Zeekr 009 MPV. The stylish appearance of the car with streamlined shapes, retractable door handles and a spacious, comfortable interior immediately attracts attention on the road.

The selection closes with the Avatr 12 I generation business class car, produced in 2024. The all-wheel drive liftback has a recognizable exterior with a panoramic glass roof, which also acts in place of the rear window, and a retractable spoiler on the rear bumper. The car's interior is equipped with advanced technologies, including the HarmonyOS 4.0 operating system from Huawei, a two-tier front panel, an audio system with 27 speakers, 64-color LED lighting and more. 29 artificial vision organs are installed in the body, necessary for the operation of a full-fledged autopilot. The total power of the car's two electric motors is 578 hp, and the maximum speed of the car reaches 200 km/h.
