MOSCOW, July 11 Western countries are trying to interfere contacts of foreign representatives with Russia, but the states of the global South are inclined to believe that relations need to be developed, said Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.
«This, unfortunately, has been a constant practice in recent years. It tends to worsen. They are trying to interrupt , exclude any contacts with us from representatives of all branches of government. But as we see, the countries of the global South and the global majority are inclined to develop relations in every possible way,” Peskov told Channel One, commenting on Western pressure on the participants of the BRICS Parliamentary Forum.
