MOSCOW, July 13 Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved the distribution of responsibilities for curators and managers of a number of federal and national projects, the Russian government website reports.

Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Patrushev will oversee the federal projects “General Cleaning”, “Circular Economy”, “Geology: Revival of a Legend”, within the framework of which initiatives for the socio-economic development of Russia in the direction of “Ecology” are being implemented.
Patrushev will also be responsible for the federal project “Agricultural Science — a step into the future development of the agro-industrial complex”, within the framework of which the socio-economic development initiative in the direction of “Technological breakthrough” is being implemented.
First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov will oversee the federal projects «Electric car and hydrogen car», «Takeoff — from startup to IPO» and «Digital ecosystem «One window» of the exporter», and will also continue to oversee the federal project «Development of production of new materials». Within the framework of these projects, socio-economic development initiatives are being implemented in the direction of “Technological breakthrough”.
First Deputy Minister of Culture Sergei Obryvalin has been appointed head of the federal project “Invented in Russia,” within the framework of which the socio-economic development initiative in the “Social Sphere” direction is being implemented. 
Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov will lead the national projects “International Cooperation and Export” and “Unmanned Aircraft Systems”, and Minister of Transport Roman Starovoyt will lead the transport part of the Comprehensive Plan for the Modernization and Expansion of Trunk Infrastructure for the period until 2024 and the national project “Safe Quality Roads” «. The leadership of the federal project «Highways of the Russian Ministry of Defense» included in it is assigned to Deputy Minister of Defense Andrei Bulyga.
The curators and managers of the remaining federal and national projects will be approved as agreed proposals are prepared in the government apparatus, the message notes.
