MOSCOW, July 12 The idea of the inadmissibility of interference in the internal political processes of the United States is imperative and indisputable for Russia, so who will be the President of the United States for the Russian Federation remains “approximately in the same category” as for any other person in any country who is slightly interested in politics, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergei said on Channel One Ryabkov.

"For us, the idea that any interference in American domestic political processes is inadmissible is absolutely imperative and indisputable. Therefore, who will be president and vice-president, how this will happen, all this remains for us in approximately the same category as for any external observer in any country who is slightly interested in political stories, nothing more,” Ryabkov said.
He also recalled that dialogue between Russia and the United States has been reduced to a minimum, but not on Russia’s initiative; in addition, dialogue on strategic stability between countries is impossible “by definition.”
«The dialogue on other aspects is sporadic, extremely mundane, tied to the issuance, or rather failure to issue, visas on time and in the required volume by the Americans, humanitarian cases, what concerns the activities of our diplomatic missions and restrictive measures that are mutual.. “Everything else on the American side is subordinated to the task of inflicting maximum damage on us in all directions and in all areas and environments. We do not believe that dialogue is productive in this situation,” the Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation emphasized.
