The co-founder of the FemKyzlar movement from Kazan, Dina Nurm, said that a protocol was drawn up against her for “propaganda” of LGBT people (Part 3 of Article 6.21 of the Administrative Code).
According to the femactivist, the reason was a post on her Instagram.
“Why are they attracting people there these days, you ask? For photographs in which “they hug, kiss and touch each other on various [for example, the shoulder — approx. by the author] parts of the body» female representatives,” writes Dina Nurm.
Tomorrow, July 16, the femactivist’s protocol will be considered by the judge of court district No. 1 in the Vakhitovsky judicial district, Arslan Boyazitov.
In the spring of 2022, security forces came to Dina Nurm’s home with a search in the case of inciting riots in a telegram chat (Part 1.1 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code). He was aroused because of a message in the chat “Protest chat. Kazan”, where the anti-war action was discussed.
