
TVER, July 16 The opening of road bypasses in Tver and Togliatti is of key importance for the development of the Russian economy, said Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.
““These roads are of key importance for the development of the country’s economy,” Khusnullin told reporters.
He explained that more than 5% of the country’s population live on the M-11 Moscow — St. Petersburg and M-12 Moscow — Kazan highways.
