Earlier, a law enforcement source reported that a 25-year-old guy threw a teenage girl from the 17th floor of a residential building and committed suicide. The interlocutor noted that the man had psychoneurological problems.
The RF Investigative Committee for Udmurtia reports that a criminal case has been opened for the murder of a minor in connection with the death of a minor.
