MOSCOW, July 16 Heads of the Duma committees on information policy Alexander Khinshtein, defense Andrey Kartapolov and labor Yaroslav Nilov headed the top 50 deputies of the State Duma in the 22nd integral rating of deputies, which is available.
As follows from the document, the authors of which were political scientist Alexey Martynov and director of the Center for Political Analysis Pavel Danilin, the rating of deputies was headed by Khinshtein, second and third places were taken by Kartapolov and Nilov, respectively.
Khinshtein also topped the rating on the media coverage index of deputies, Nilov — on the activity index. State Duma deputy Alena Arshinova is on the first line of the popular vote index, followed by Anatoly Vyborny and Adam Delimkhanov, in second and third place, respectively.
The top 50 according to the expert index was headed by the head of the State Duma Committee on State Construction Pavel Krasheninnikov, in second place was Vice Speaker Anna Kuznetsova, and in third place was the head of the State Duma Committee on Budget and Taxes Andrei Makarov.
The research to compile the rating was carried out from April to July 2024. It consists of four indices: the popular vote index, the activity index of deputies, the media presence index, and the expert index of work in the region. The Chairman of the State Duma, as well as the leaders of Duma factions, do not participate in the rating
