MOSCOW, July 18. Two rescuers in Tver were injured while helping people in a car stuck in a pit with hot water; the passengers are all right, according to the Telegram channel of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Earlier, the prosecutor's office and the regional investigation department reported that on July 17, a car in Tver fell into a hole caused by a broken hot water supply pipe; two people who were helping the driver and passengers received thermal burns; a case was opened.
«When specialists from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations approached the car, the ground also collapsed on the side of the road. One of the rescuers fell into the water, his partner received burns while providing assistance. The people in the car were not injured,» the report says.
