In the 1st Western District Military Court of St. Petersburg, the prosecutor's office asked that the spouses Anastasia Dyudyaeva and Alexander Dotsenko be sentenced to four years in a general regime colony in the case of justifying terrorism (Part 1 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code). A case was opened against a couple from Gatchina for distributing napkins with anti-war slogans and “calls for violence against Russian President Vladimir Putin” in the Lenta store in St. Petersburg.
The investigation believes that the couple placed the napkins among the goods in the store. On the napkins it was written “Putinyaku to Gilyak.” Dyudyaeva and Dotsenko deny that they were the authors of the “leaflets.” At the same time, even the handwriting expert from the prosecution, Angela Vorobyova, in court doubted the authorship of the inscriptions on the napkins.
Anastasia Dyudyaeva and her husband Alexander Dotsenko were sent to a pre-trial detention center on January 25. The day before, a search was carried out at their home.
Anastasia Dyudyaeva is 46 years old, she is an art teacher by training, and in recent years she has worked as a graphic designer. Alexander Dotsenko was born in Ukraine, he is 63 years old, he is a children's athletics coach.
SOTA wrote that Dyudyaeva participated in underground anti-war exhibitions. One of them took place on May 9, 2023 in Thais. Participants in the event, fearing a raid, left the apartment through the window where the exhibition was to take place, but the police were already waiting for them on the street.
