WASHINGTON, July 19. Former US President Donald Trump on Tuesday met with the head of the Secret Service, Kimberly Cheatle, whose officers guarded the ex-president during the assassination attempt in Pennsylvania, ABC channel reports.
«Former President Donald Trump met with Secret Service Director Kim ( Kimberly) Cheatle… the meeting took place on Tuesday at the former president's hotel in Milwaukee,» the network reported, citing an unnamed source.
«It is unclear what was discussed at the meeting,» the network adds.

Earlier, Cheatle said in an interview with ABC News that the building from which the fire came was the responsibility of local law enforcement agencies, whose officers, according to her, were located inside, while the shooter was located on the roof. However, Butler County Sheriff Michael Sloop told Reuters that local police officers were not responsible for security in the area inside or outside the security perimeter.
