The Ministry of Internal Affairs has put Diana Rudakova, the former coordinator of Navalny’s headquarters in Tambov, on the wanted list. Information about this appeared in the department’s database, and Mediazona drew attention to it.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Rudakova is “wanted under an article of the Criminal Code.” It is not yet known under what article and in connection with what a criminal case was opened against her. The wanted card contains a photo of an activist from a special detention center, and a person named Dmitry Perevezentsev is listed as a contact person.
Rudakova herself, in a conversation with Mediazona, said that she did not know under what article she was being persecuted. At the same time, earlier, according to the activist, security forces were looking for her in Tambov — they told Rudakova’s acquaintances that they were interested in the ex-head of the local headquarters because of “posts on VKontakte.”

In October 2023, Rudakova was recognized as a “foreign agent.” As the Ministry of Justice reported then, the reason for this was that the activist disseminated information from other “foreign agents” and “fake news” about the actions of the Russian authorities, opposed the war in Ukraine and “assisted” in raising funds for an “undesirable” organization.
< p>After this, Rudakova was twice brought to administrative responsibility for violating the procedure for the activities of a “foreign agent.” In January and March, the Sovetsky District Court of Tambov fined her 30 thousand rubles for distributing publications without the “foreign agent” label (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code) in her Telegram channel. In the post, because of which the first protocol was drawn up against the activist under Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code, a screenshot of the Ministry of Justice news about the recognition of Rudakova as a “foreign agent” was posted.
