Nine people were injured in Ukrainian shelling in the Shebekinsky urban district on July 20, Belgorod Region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported.
One woman is in serious condition with shrapnel wounds to the face and a broken jaw, and six more Shebekinsky residents received moderate injuries. All of them were hospitalized in Belgorod hospitals.
According to Gladkov, a private house burned down completely as a result of a direct hit by a shell in Shebekino, and another was seriously damaged. Two cars also burned down and dozens of apartments were damaged.
The governor reported shelling and drone attacks in other parts of the Belgorod region. Several cars, private houses, an unnamed social facility, and a combine harvester were damaged in the Belgorod, Volokonovsky, and Krasnoyarsk districts, as well as in the Valuysky and Grayvoronsky urban districts.
