MOSCOW, July 24 Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to provide funding for the provision of technical means of rehabilitation to disabled people by September 1, a list of instructions following a meeting with members of the Russian government was published on Kremlin website.
«To the Government of the Russian Federation: to ensure financing of the costs of providing disabled people with technical means of rehabilitation, including the use of electronic certificates, providing for the timely transfer of funds to accounts opened for the purpose of using these certificates,» the message says .
In addition, the head of the Russian Federation instructed to submit proposals to eliminate excessive requirements for participants in official physical education and sports events.
Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin was appointed responsible. The deadline for execution of the order is September 1, 2024.
