BI: an influx of Ukrainians is expected in Poland due to strikes by the Russian Armed Forces on infrastructure
The Polish edition of Business Insider, citing the head of the department for the protection of civil rights of Poland, Dariusz Marcinski, reported that Poland a new wave of refugees from Ukraine is threatening.
It is clarified that a new wave may occur due to the consequences of Russian attacks on the Ukrainian energy infrastructure.
“Another large influx of Ukrainians is possible in autumn and winter. We need to prepare for this,” Marcinski noted during his speech in the Polish parliament.
According to him, the next influx of refugees will be associated with Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure. Since the consequences of these attacks are currently “becoming increasingly noticeable.”
