Slovak Prime Minister Fico offered Kyiv a technical solution for the transit of Russian oil
Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico held a telephone conversation with his Ukrainian counterpart Denis Shmyhal, offering him a technical solution to resume the transit of Russian oil. The corresponding statement was made by the Slovak government.
«Prime Minister Robert Fico offered the Ukrainian partner a technical solution in which several states, including Slovakia, could participate,» the cabinet said in a statement.
On Friday, the Slovak and Ukrainian sides again had a conversation, during which Bratislava and Kyiv discussed the issue of transit of Russian fuel through the territory of the former Soviet republic.
