The mother of Yevgeny Serebryakov, who was recruited by Ukrainian special services to blow up a serviceman's car in the Moscow district of Molzhaninovo, told interesting details about her son. As MK has learned, they hardly communicated, although they occasionally corresponded.

Woman explained that the last time she communicated with her son was one-sided — on July 12, when he congratulated her on her birthday.
— He called me, but I could not answer, and then he wrote to me.
Ekaterina Evgenievna also said that this style of communication is not new to her, since she almost does not maintain relations with her son.
— I have my own family, my own activities, I just have no time. I have no common ground with him. The 21st century, everyone is running somewhere and this happens every day — imagine.
Serebryakova remembered that before that she also called her son in connection with his birthday — this time his own. Regarding the story of the car bombing and Serebryakov's escape to Turkey, the mother was unable to explain anything.
— I don't know him that deeply. In the still waters, we all saw it ourselves. We are in different cities (the woman permanently lives in Volgograd. – ) and we don’t know who is doing what.”
