GROZNY, July 26 Artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are gradually being introduced into resources to help veterans of the SVO, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Chairperson of the Defenders of the Fatherland Foundation Anna Tsivileva told journalists.
«As for artificial intelligence, we have already partially started working on it. This includes the robot «Max» (on the «Gosuslugi» website) and «Katyusha» (on the «Defenders of the Fatherland» foundation website). (These are) the resources that allow us to interact and communicate directly through artificial intelligence,» she said.
Tsivileva spoke about the need to create the most effective and fast digital system to help SVO participants. «Questions are piling up, more and more people are coming. And, of course, if we do not use modern communication methods, this will greatly limit us in our work,» added Tsivileva.
