MOSCOW, July 29 Russian President Vladimir Putin has included his aide Vladimir Medinsky in the commission under the President of the Russian Federation on state awards; the corresponding decree was published on Monday.
«To make the following changes to the commission under the President of the Russian Federation on state awards…: to include the following persons in the commission: Medinsky V.R. — aide to the President of the Russian Federation, Pashkov K.A. — Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation, Rodionov A.F. — Deputy Director — Head of the Department of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Russia, Yakovleva E.P. — Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation,» the decree says.
