MOSCOW, August 1 Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed to form separate federal projects in national projects to develop the most important science-intensive technologies. The corresponding list of instructions following a meeting of the Council on Science and Education and a meeting with recipients of mega-grants and leading scientists was published on Thursday on the Kremlin website.
«To the Government of the Russian Federation: provide, within the framework of national projects to ensure technological leadership, for the formation of separate federal projects for the development of the most important science-intensive technologies and for the advanced training and retraining of qualified personnel in the relevant areas, as well as the inclusion in these national projects of target indicators characterizing the release of specific products or the provision of services using the most important science-intensive technologies,» the text of the instructions states.
