MOSCOW, August 3 Former head coach of Vladikavkaz's Alania Kalin Stepanyan has died at the age of 70, according to the official website of the Nakhichevan-on-Don football club, which he headed.
According to Mash, the coach became ill during his team's match in the Rostov Region Championship, he lost consciousness, and the specialist could not be saved.
Stepanyan ended his professional football career in the mid-1990s, playing, in particular, for Spartak Oryol and Spartak from Vladikavkaz. As a coach, the specialist worked in the clubs «Alania», «Mashuk-KMV», «Volgar» and others.
