MOSCOW, August 5 Official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk announced in her Telegram channel that she donated 17 paintings and sculptures by her father, a member of the Union of Artists of Russia Vladimir Volk, to the Tretyakov Gallery.

«I want to share with you an important event in my life. I donated a number of paintings and sculptures by my father, an artist and icon painter, and a member of the Union of Artists of Russia, Vladimir Alekseevich Volk, to the State Tretyakov Gallery. I always carry with me memories of his love, wisdom, and reliability… God also endowed him with the talent of an artist. A large number of paintings and sculptures, which I carefully preserve,» Volk said.
According to her, 17 works by the artist have been transferred to the gallery so that «connoisseurs of beauty can admire his works.»
