A Russian driver picked up a fellow passenger who asked him to give him a ride to Tomsk. On the way, the man decided to get out to «throw out the trash.» Mash Siberia reports on this.
According to the Telegram channel, after dropping off the fellow passenger, the car owner found blood stains. He returned to the scene and found a human head in a bag.
The police managed to find out who the beheaded man was. One of the suspects has been detained.

One strangled the victim, and the second, two days later, cut off his head with an axe. The body was thrown into an outdoor toilet. The second suspect has been declared wanted.
