MOSCOW, August 8 Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree conferring the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation on the Minister of Culture of Chechnya, Maret Baysarova, the corresponding document is posted on the portal for the official publication of legal acts.
“To award the honorary title “Honored Artist of the Russian Federation” to Baysarova Maret Denievna, the Minister of Culture of the Chechen Republic,” the document says.
